Origin: He is a cross breed of Giganotosaurus Carolinii and Euclocephalus Tutus.

 

Life Story: Frozen ia a glacier for years until nuclear testing thawed him out and mutated his D.N.A. until he was enormus and
weilded nucleonic eyebeams and nucleonic breath projection. His skin was also mutated to resist all weapons known to man.
It's decided to make Toronto it's home, whether or not Toronto wants him!
